Douglas Dalgleish
Douglas became the Senior Partner at Brunton Miller in 1972 having joined the firm in 1955 after graduating (MALLB) from Glasgow University.
His main area of experience since 1976 is in Liquor Licensing where he was recognized as a leading expert as a Practitioner, Lecturer and an Author.
Away from the office he was a former Chairman of Dumbarton Football Club, a Past President and Legal advisor of the Scottish Golf Union and Chairman of Perry Golf.
A long time resident of Helensburgh, Douglas is a well known member of Helensburgh Golf Club where he was appointed an honorary member for his services to the Club and to the sport.

Jim Young
Jim has been with the firm since 1975 having graduated from Glasgow University in 1972.
His main areas of expertise are Wills, Powers Of Attorney, Commercial Contracts & Conveyancing.
Jim is a past president of the Scottish Cricket Union and is a director of Cricket Scotland
while being chairman of their disciplinary committee. On top of this he is also Secretary
of both the West District Junior Cricket Union and West Of Scotland Cricket Club.

Edward Doull
Eddie joined Brunton Miller in 1980 having graduated from Strathclyde University in 1977.
Eddie is our Court partner, and is a member of the Family Law Association. His main area of expertise is in Litigation.
A resident of Glasgow, Eddie is keen sportsman and divides his time between his leisure pursuits and his family.

Tom Steel
Tom has been with the firm since 1986 having graduated from Glasgow University in 1980.
His areas of expertise are Commercial and Residential Property matters, other Commercial
work including Corporate matters, Commercial Finance, Franchises etc.
Away from the office Tom enjoys Tennis, Literature, Cinema and Music.

Archie MacIver
Archie has been with the firm since 1988, having graduated from Strathclyde University in 1982.
Archie is widely known for his work in licensing and is an accredited specialist in Licensing Law by the Law Society of Scotland and is one of only 4 “star” rated solicitors in the Chambers UK Guide to the UK legal Profession.
A resident of Glasgow Archie enjoys both football and playing golf in his spare time.

Frank Collins
Frank joined Brunton Miller in 1984 and completed his apprenticeship in 1986 having graduated from Glasgow University.
Franks main area of expertise is in Liquor Licensing, and he can be found in the Licensing department in our Glasgow office.

John Steele
John joined Brunton Miller in 1971 having graduated from Aberdeen University. His main focus over a number of years has been in assisting clients in both private and commercial property transactions.
In addition John is a part of our family advice department and should you require the drafting of a tax efficient Will or a Power of Attorney he has extensive experience in these areas.
In his spare time john is an active member of Helensburgh Golf Club.

Tracey Mundie
Tracey is Brunton Millers newest recruit having joined Brunton Miller in 2007 having graduated from the University of Strathclyde.
Tracey works in our Licensing Department where her enthusiasm and youth has been a welcome addition to the department.
Tracey is also an avid Netball player and is a member of the Glasgow Netball Association and plays for Helensburgh Netball Club. She is also an aspiring Netball Umpire and her ambition is to be part of the Commonwealth games in Glasgow.
When she is not on the netball court, you will normally find her shopping or socializing with family and friends.
